"I had a wonderful stay at The Presidents Inn. The location is right in the center of everything, making it very convenient to get around. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The only thing I did not like was the condition of the towels. They appeared old, and one of the towels even had holes in it. Aside from that, my overall experience was very positive."

"The resort was well maintained.Amenities were great-pool, restaurant, rooms, etc.It's nice to have a nice resort in Carles.The breakfast buffet included in the room was really great with good variety of Filipino food. Room was spacious with comfortable bed. We enjoyed our stay!"

"The staff was very helpful and polite, and the complimentary breakfast each morning in the restaurant was very good. The pool on the roof did not look inviting and looked like it could use some maintenance but we spent most of our time outside the hotel so did not have time for the pool."

"This is our second time at this facility. Kapis Mansion is a lovely place. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The swimming pool is very nice. We have not yet eaten at the restaurant so I cannot comment on that. We had some trouble when we checked in. Apparently, my travel company inadvertently canceled one of the reservations for our guests. This was at not the facilities fault and they were able to find another room for us at a reasonable price."

"The staff and the room are ok. The way to the pool was not really nice. Good is you can park directly in front of the hotel. The breakfast was ok, could be better (american) and have fruits add on. The welcome drink was shameful, a icetee or a coffee stick, at the Voucher was a cocktail."
