"Such a great vibe and atmosphere. Really enjoyed the activities on site and the location - much more happening compared to the other side of the island. We stayed in a private cabin with a double bed and it did the job, wasn’t too small and even had a fridge! Slight musk to the room but didn’t bother us too much. We’d 100% stay here again. Staff super friendly. Would also note bathrooms are shared and shut at certain times so plan around this!"

"Checked in after hours after a late flight arrival. The room was very cold due to the aircon which was also very noisy so we turned it off straight away. Unfortunately, there was no blanket to add to the bed that was made up with just a sheet, so we had a bad night’s sleep first night. So cold! The staff were helpful next morning and had a blanket sent up for us for the rest of our stay. Also helpful with advice on where to shop etc. We had wonderful views from 5th floor. The hotel was perfectly situated for pleasant walks along the Strand and within walking distance to restaurants."

"Nice hotel in a good location. Very good sized 2 bed apartment. Shame the hotel doesn't have a gym but there are nice routes for a run right from the front door. If I was booking again I'd request a room with water / pool views. Our room had a lovely balcony but since it overlooked the main carpark and bottle shop we didn't really use it."

"Rooms can be a little unkept. Our hotel door looked like it had been to hell and back. Internally the room was fine, not super luxurious but perfectly fine. Beds comfy and nice view of the lake. The main standout features of this hotel for us are the pool and the breakfast. Location, rooms, facilities and service do not reflect the high price we paid ($1,200 for 4 nights). No other major complaints and if the price was better we would stay again."
