"I didn’t get to stay. They refused to let me check in. One of the men was very rude to me. Pretty much yelled at me. I’ve already talked to you guys twice and should be receiving a refund by 10 business days."

"Wonderful visit to White Oaks! What a nice place to rest relax and rejuvenate. Lots to do within a short drive. Very evident effort is being made to make the place/ places nice for visitors. Customer service was above and beyond!"
