"We are a family of 4, and really enjoyed our stay. The pool was the PERFECT temperature which was awesome! Our 8 year old twin boys loved swimming there, and the adults were having a great time in the pool as well. Our room was clean and updated. Beds were comfortable and the shower was warm with great water pressure. Breakfast was free and decent. This hotel is close to okanagan lake and other stores like Tim Hortons. Doug at the front desk was helpful and kind! We will definitely be back!"

"Great location and nice staff. We had a large suite with own patio. Nice layout, but run-down. Three out of four of the windows had blinds that were broken or missing. Laminate boards in the kitchen uneven/raised and chipped. Could cut your foot on it. Patio table wasn’t cleaned off- food crumbs and can with cig butt. Pool seemed nice. TV was good with regular channels you would need including TSN for World Cup. Pots and pans not in great shape. Tub drain super slow when taking a shower… tub was basically filling up. We’ve stayed in a few other motels on Lakeshore and unfortunately this is similar in terms of being run down. It’s such a good location though."

"The room was cute, and dog friendly as requested. It was equipped for towels & toiletries. The kitchenette was helpful but did not include plates, utensils although I saw some pans. It’s well priced for peak season."

"Great stay! Awesome location for my family - walking distance to everything we needed (the beach, LocoLanding, Coyote Cruises, and all the restaurants and ice cream shops). Would consider staying here again! We didn't get a chance to use the outdoor pool because the weather was a bit rainy, but hopefully next time! Staff were all very friendly and welcoming. We even caught their Customer Appreciation Summer BBQ which was all complimentary from the motel."
