"Clean roomThey put us pool side when I didn’t want pool side and it was very loud and hard to get to my autistic toddler asleep and for the adults to sleep too I asked for a city view room and they said they didn’t have any and couldn’t switch me if they did They had people on that side so I know it was a lie. I always stay here and was very disappointed with the front desk when I checked in "

"Great location and even better, smily staff. Small indoor waterpark, but sufficient for kids to have fun. Think of Great Wolf Lodge on a smaller scale. They have all that kids would like. Few outside seating benches with tables would be a great addition, just so we could have a snack or sit outside. "

"We loved the amenities, the great feel of a clean hotel is always a plus! We enjoyed our short stay with them so much! The huge breakfast is also just as amazing as everything else. They have just about everything you could want! From biscuits & gravy to cereal and waffles. Pool was great as well, had a bunch of fun playing pool in the game room as well. Didn't get a chance to use the laundry room but we would have if we had a bit more time. Absolutely recommend! We can't wait to book again for our next trip. Staff was amazing as well, very helpful and quick!"

"The breakfast was warm and fresh. Good meal to start the day. The staff was very friendly each morning and very courteous with opening doors or holding open the elevator. Each morning they had inspiring quotes and a riddle on a dry erase board. Very clean hotel with keeping lobby and breakfast area up kept with wiping down tables and mopping foyer. Parking was very easy and convenient. "

Every staff member was incredibly helpful, but the manager truly stood out—when our reservation had a mistake, they were so understanding and fixed everything without hassle.
