Es stimmte einfach alles. Durchgehend freundliches Personal - man fühlte sich willkommen. Die Anlage ist interessant und abwechslungsreich - d. h. die Wege sind nicht "Empfang- Fahrstuhl-Zimmer, denn es gibt immer was zu entdecken. Auch das Restaurant bietet unterschiedliche Möglichkeiten des Aufenthalts, dazu eine sehr schöne Terrasse mit Blick in den Park. Und der Park des Ortsteils Herrenkrug ist sehr schön und sehr gepflegt! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Schönes Hotel auch für Familien- sehr ruhig im schönen Park gelegen . Tram Station und Nähe zum elbauenpark nemo Schwimmbad oder auch zu den Stadien sehr empfehlenswert. Sehr große Zimmer mit viel Platz und guter Ausstattung. Voll zufrieden gewesen

Tram stopt voor de deur, dus het centrum is goed te bereiken, ook de gratis parkeerplaatsen zijn fijn. Zwembad moest je helaas extra voor betalen. Ontbijt is uitgebreid maar kwaliteit niet fantastisch. Kinderen eten gratis.

We had a wonderful stay – thanks to the lovely and caring staff and the charm of the hotel itself. It looked absolutely beautiful, both in the evening and in the morning. It's a shame we only stayed for one night! The room was very spacious and had everything we needed. The location is truly unique – peaceful and quiet, perfect for a relaxing break. Wir sind zu dritt als Familie angereist, hatten 3 Nächte gebucht und haben sogar noch spontan eine Nacht dazu gebucht, da es uns so gut gefallen hat. Das Hotel ist sehr schön, sauber und ordentlich. Die Betten sind bequem, das Frühstück sehr lecker mit einer großen Auswahl. Was uns ebenfalls aufgefallen ist, war das sehr freundliche Personal, ob an der Rezeption, im Restaurant oder im Gelände des Hotels, alle waren sehr nett. Der Spabereich mit Pool und Whirlpool ist klein, aber fein, wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Umgebung kann man schön spazieren gehen, bis zum Elbauenpark hat man es nicht weit, genauso wir zur Innenstadt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Business Trip nach Magdeburg. Schönes Hotel mit Wellness (eine Finn. Sauna, eine Dampfsauna, kleines Schwimmbad) für 5 EURO Zuzahlung. Leider gibt es keine kostenlosen Getränke mehr, was ich bemängele. Frühstück sehr umfangreich und toll.

Inchecken ging vlot. Kamer was prima en schoon. Avondeten was ook goed. Extra bed voor onze dochter was helaas minder, ze zakte er midden in de nacht doorheen. Nice but a bit dated

Service was great, all personell we interacted with were kind and helpful. Free parking was available front of the hotel. We arrived late (after 21) and took an overnight stop. Booking and check-in was hassle-free despite the late hour. The furnishings in the room was a bit dated and there is an "old" smell to the place. Breakfast was great with good selection to choose from and the restaurant is very cozy. Would definitely consider staying if we need a stop on our way past Magdeburg again.

Familjevänligt hotell

Allt var bra förutom att de glömde bort två extrasängar till våra barn, men det ordnades fram direkt vi sa till. Det togs ut en avgift på 5€/dag och person för att få utnyttja pool och bastu, vilket inte framgår när man bokar. Läget är lugnt och bra, mycket nära till spårvagnshållplatsen om man vill lämna bilen när man ska ner på stan. En lekpark modell större finns precis i närheten, kostade dock att gå in där.
