The staff were amazing and helpful. They replaced my non working refrigerator at 8 pm. Only had 2 towels. 4 people on reservation. 2 shampoos and no conditioners. Tough when you have a preteen and she forgot her personal stash.

We stayed here because we had a wedding, and this was one of the few hotels suggested by the couple. I believe most of the hotel was booked by wedding guests. When we arrived at 4 p.m., the staff informed us that it was the last room they had available and that it had no A/C. We accepted the room because we were in a rush and were concerned that we might not find another room somewhere else. The next morning, we requested a room change for our second night. Initially, we were told that they were unable to do so because there were no housekeepers coming in that day to clean a room for us. After insisting, a second staff member agreed to change our room and clean the room himself. We appreciated the help from the second staff member; however, the room was not as clean as we would have expected. It is unacceptable that no housekeepers were scheduled to work on a Sunday morning after a fully booked night! Not to mention, we were not the only room without A/C. Management needs to do a better job of preparing for and resolving these types of issues.

I tried canceling but said I would get charged for room. Got to hotel and they didn’t have a room available for us. We had to go look for another hotel to stay at It was not a happy experience looking around town looking for a room to stay in

I would not recommend. Rooms need to be cleaned and ceilings repairs. Rooms need to be exterminated. Pool needs to be cleaned too.

Estoy muy decepcionada del toro es segunda vez que me quedo ahí con mi familia esta vez que me quedé los cuartos no estaban muy limpios me cambiaron a otro cuarto donde la secadora de cabello no funciona y me mandaron de nuevo a otro cuarto sucio donde me podían secar el cabello.. acual estoy decepcionada.
