"The pictures looked great, the rooms did not match the pictures. One room was pretty musty and dark. The room we stayed in had no hot water in the shower and it took 3 days to fix. They offered to change the room but that room had steep stairs to get to single bedroom down stairs and we had paid for a two bedroom. They should have made sure the shower worked before we arrived. They also required payment on arrival instead of at check-out. There are no cafes walking distance, and long waits for...

It was dirty,the water was cold no preasure,toilet sit broken,not enough blankets,very cold during the night,super over priced,far away from the city and very broken road to the ranch. "We liked the privacy. Jesús and Lucy were very recpetive to our needs. We could walk everywhere from Suites La Fe and picking up a taxi was really easy! Although we liked Suite 1, Suite 5 would have given us a view of the "bird wall" which we would have enjoyed. I definitely recommend Suites La Fe. Thanks Jesús and Lucy!"

"I stayed at the Casa Bonita for two nights during my visit to Oaxaca. When I arrived at 9:30 PM, I was told that the restaurant is still open, and they have room service. The front desk was particularly helpful in helping arrange taxis and my 4 AM trip to the airport. "
