"Staff was extremely helpful especially with an early morning checkout. TV did not work the whole time, and room was bland but we booked for view and location, not luxuriousness of room. Small bathroom, but functional. Great drinks and nice breakfast. Breakfast was good and plentiful and was $15/person. Overall great stay and very convenient location beside ferry station. "

The staff were extremely kind, and the room was very comfortable, except for the bathtub, whose base is curved rather than flat, making it somewhat unsafe in terms of maintaining balance."

"Poor breakfast service. At 9.45 the staff try to tell you which tables are available as they prepare for lunch!! Time to replace some of the old unhappy staff. Great location, but old building with only one elevator. "
