"The hotel was clean and well maintained. Staff at reception, at restaurant especially ANKITA ( such an amazing person and staff), are very helpful and friendly. Restaurant has different and large varieties of options for breakfast . Very delicious food. Over all an excellent property in south Bangalore."

"Everything was perfect,situated in the centre of town so traffic was busy with a bit of dust expected. Transportation at your door step. Transfers from airport was reasonable and reliable. The staff were very helpful and courteous. All spoke English to accommodate the visitor. Most of the staff worked in the hotel for more than 10yrs and were well acquainted with visitors expectations."

"Taj West End more than lived up to my expectations. As a Bangalorean who has now relocated, it was wonderful to return and stay somewhere that still feels so welcoming and familiar. Mohammed at the concierge was exceptionally warm and helpful. He arranged a car for me within just a few minutes, which was incredibly convenient. The restaurant team were equally welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. Suraj and Sachin looked after us during our entire stay and were consistently friendly and attentive. Even the trainee was extremely hospitable and made us feel very well looked after. The combination of the beautiful setting, warm hospitality and genuinely attentive staff made our stay particularly special. I would highly recommend Taj West End to anyone visiting Bengaluru, and I would certainly stay here again."
