"It appears that the hotel open before finishing remodeling. They were working on the bar. The restaurant had a very limited menu. There was a table without chairs in the middle of the dinning area. The internet was very unstable. The rooms don't have blackout curtains. Some colleagues complained that their rooms did not have curtains at all. The windows are not isolated so it is very loud if you are in rooms facing the busy street. The location is great if you have meetings at the University...

"We really enjoyed Obelisco Apartments. Very nice and clean and the property management is very friendly and communicative.
The only negative was the noise in the neighborhood. The apartment building in front of the property holds rooftop parties from noon to midnight on the weekends with club music so loud the whole neighborhood has to listen to it even though they aren’t at the party. It’s impossible to even watch tv inside the hotel it’s so loud. "
