The Hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Spacious room. I will love to be there again and again. The breakfast was absolutely nice. It easy to connect to major Tourist points via metro.

The room (and view!) was incredible. We have a balcony overlooking the Royal Palace, which made the stay really enjoyable. The AC worked perfectly too! The room itself was spacious and comfortable. The staff were really friendly and helpful!

It was great for the two nights we stayed. We were on the top floor with a balcony with a great view. The Atocha train station was conveniently located across the street. It's about a 25 minute walk to Mayor Plaza through the beautiful El Retiro Park. The only downside was reading reviews that you had to rent utensils, plates, cups, pots and pans from the front desk. I never heard of that before; therefore, we brought out own paper plates and plastic utensils for our cereal and yogurt we had in the morning. We also bought our own mugs and wine glasses for coffee and wine, cheap from a home store and used for the duration of our trip.

The room is basic but fine. However the location near the historic area, the metro and trains, and near the river and parks is great. And there are common areas that you can use to have more space. Also very nice to have a laundry that uses an app. Just need to get detergent from the grocery store nearby.

Nice place. Didn't use the patio much as it was shared with other rooms and not very nice ( a couple of chairs/tables on concrete). There are alot of amenities and everything is in a walkable distance. The metro is right on the other side of the street.

The room is very spacious and in great condition. I found that the beds were not the comfiest place to sleep on nor was the pillows, but it wasn’t unbearable. The hotel was budget friendly and we don’t expect anything fancy. Nonetheless, my sister and I still found the hotel a good place to stay, especially since it was so close to the Principo Pio station! The location of the hotel was in a generally safe areal and its close to the Palace!

I don't recommend this place. Only thing I must say, is that the location was good and was kind of central of everything. The staff had attitude. The room was not clean at all. Lots of bugs in the bathroom. When asked for room service, they said, don't you know it's every two days, I was told in a rude way. I told them how shall I know while you never told me when I checked in. Once they serviced the room, they didn't remove the garbage bin, never cleaned shower and just gave us 1 towel. We used the gym, everything was broken and gym was too filthy. We decided to use laundry. The instruction for using Landry was too old. Once we asked the lady how to use it, she said, the instruction that posted on the wall is too old and never been updated. Don't go to this hotel. It's wasting your money and you certainly get frustrated with everything.
