"Beautiful hotel at the unbeatable location. The stuff was very attentive and supportive. Lucia and Igor went above and beyond to help with what we needed . Everyone else was very nice as well. Beds are super comfortable, functional and large enough bathrooms. We had drinks and a cheese board at the restaurant downstairs, the bartender was very cool with a good sense of humor. We are looking forward to return to the hotel soon. It made our stay in Madrid very memorable. "
