"It was decent for the price and close to destinations."

"The shower head did not work properly, the door to the bathroom was a barn door that is hard to open/close, there was a folded chair in the shower that took up space and should only be put there if it’s needed. Breakfast was good. "

"Jameson at the front desk was awesome! He checked us into the hotel and into Madison, helping to orient us to the University of Wisconsin campus, area shopping, restaurants, and coffee houses, drawing a map and making our potential Badger feel right at home as we explored the city during an intense decision-making time before the May 1 college commitment deadline. All staff were helpful, courteous, and welcoming, and we really appreciated the hotel's proximity to downtown, the campus, everything we wanted to see. The included breakfast and coffee/tea/water in the lobby were great amenities as well, and I know it's a small thing, but we laughed every time we exited the hotel to read the stenciled message on the door: "See you later!""

"I have stayed in hotels that I have given five stars before, but the Best Western Premier Park Hotel in Madison, WI helped redefined in my mind what a five star hotel really is. The room was in excellent condition. The bathroom was clean, well maintained (shower door did no leak), and the shampoo and soap products were very nice. The staff was very nice. I did not feel like I was bothering them. "

"Hotel is very worn and dirty. The room and beds were clean, but the rest of the hotel was filthy. Carpets needed to be vacuumed, walls, doors, cabinets in the breakfast area need a cleaning. It was quiet for the night."
