"Love the place mainly for the staff and the city vibe. Rooms getting near needing a tech update - usb outlets, smart tvs, etc. The streaming app is a pain to use. Also, the pretty good free morning coffee (as well as the coffee for purchase) is ruined for anyone who takes it with cream - you won't find any, just CoffeeMate. Ugh. But It's my go to in New Haven, just needs a bit of attention."

"Scenery was picture postcard perfect! Highly recommend balcony view from the main hotel Room service was excellent and the dining room staff and food were wonderful Only downside.
