"We were visiting my wife’s cousin who lives 4 minutes from this property. The staff, especially Billy went out of his way to please customers. We had a very comfortable King suite with separate sitting room,tv & kitchen with full size fridge with ice maker, stove, microwave, coffee maker & fully stocked utensils, plates, cookware. Full breakfast each day & an evening kickback with complimentary appetizers Mon-Fri. Wonderful outdoor patio with plenty of tables/chairs, fire pit & 2 Weber gas grills. It is like a home away from home. Very quiet & well maintained. We will stay here for each visit going forward & look into Staybridge in other cities/states during our travels"

"Massanutten Resort had everything we needed right on the property, from restaurants and recreation areas to shopping. It was a short drive to Shenandoah National Park, which was our destination. If you enjoy wildlife there were deer everywhere. I would recommend. "

"Staying inside National Parks are always beneficial and the cabin lodges here are clean and safe."

"This is a new property that opened in the spring of 2025. It still had the shine of newness. It has very basic decor and limited amenities, this is by the brands design. We chose based on value and pet friendliness. All in, it was at least $100 less expensive (and for many properties the delta was much greater) than other options. We were in Charlottesville for a UVA football game and many hotels were priced accordingly. We chose value over other amenities, especially since we were not on property all that much over the weekend."
