"Brought my parents to Madinah and the room was exactly the same as the pictures on hotels.com except the sofa bed wasn't actually a sofa bed, so they brought a roller bed instead which was super comfortable. The entire hotel is super dated (looks like I went back in time to the late 80s or early 90s). Please seriously consider renovating the entire building so it is modern. "Very close to the Masjid. Super convenient. You can go to the room between prayers, it only takes 3-4 minutes. Staff very polite and courteous. Hicham the restaurant manager was always present. Rooms are clean, bed was very comfortable. The only thing that could use an update is the bathroom. "
