The couch was dirty, no hot water, no towels, unreliable internet connection and the staff didn’t have any communication skills! The building is a stand alone building with huge empty bus parking lot. There’s no places to eat nearby as well. This was my experience in the room that I stayed in!

They said no room available and they took my money and I can't reach the director for this hotel . So,I want my money back to my VISA. You can how me and my family get tired and they said no room .

When we reached to madina they didn’t give us hotel . They tell us there are no hotel so go out and call to Expedia and claim there and do whatever you want and the reception guy fight with other guy for same reason then come police but there was no hotel at all.
