John did an excellent job with communication with us to make sure we were comfortable during our stay. The only thing I would ask of differently would be the yard was not mowed so the grass was quite long (Although, I do understand the weather may have affected this). The house itself was beautiful, clean, and had all the comforts of home. We will be definitely be staying here again in the future!

Disliked: Communication
The stay had a few issues that made it uncomfortable. The host warned that the smoke alarm was very sensitive, the alarm went off 3–4 times during the night and disturbed our sleep. The bathrooms and other rooms also doesn’t have locks, and we had to use rocks to keep the doors closed, which was inconvenient. The instructions about used towels and general checkout were reasonable, but since there is no dishwasher, guests are expected to wash, dry, and put away all dishes before leaving. Overall, these are important things future guests should be aware of.
