"This isn't a hotel; it’s just a residential house. After following the GPS through several turns to get here, I was greeted by nothing more than a large private home. I double-checked the address sent by Expedia—it matched perfectly. I had no choice but to get out and check the front door, and sure enough, this was the place. I feel completely fooled and scammed. Charging over **$140** for a tiny **80 sq. ft.** room with a **shared bathroom** is ridiculous. Please look closely at the details before booking so you don't get tricked like I was. A total waste of time. I have to find another hotel again."

"Brand new hotel in City Centre Surrey, close to Surrey Memorial Hospital, Guildford Mall, and easy access to the highway. It was clean and high quality because it was new. Housekeeping doesn't come daily, they said every 3 days, but you can request it. Buffet breakfast was decent (the usual with scrambled eggs, potatoes, oatmeal, toast/bagel, cereals, etc). Gym was good, beautiful views. Rooftop patio was beautiful with the fire on at night."

"The included breakfast here was fantastic (we loved it!) and the staff were so kind and accommodating! The only thing that was unfortunate was the smell in our room (414), it definitely smelled of cigarette smoke the 2 nights we stayed there. However, the room was very clean and the bed was very cozy. Despite the smell of smoke, we really enjoyed our stay here!"

"Friendly staff. More like an expensive budget motel. Smells musty throughout halls and room, like there's no air circulation. We had to keep the window open the whole time in our room to stand it. Floors desperately need to be washed in room. They were really dirty. Bed was comfortable. Parking is free. I wouldn't stay here again. "
