"Very nice accommodations. The kitchen is clean and well stocked and the housekeeping staff tidied up in the room even though we just had a short 2 night stay. Lovely views from the room. Parking spot is right out the front door."

"The room was clean and had a view of the lake. The bed was comfortable. While the hotel is basic, I don't think it deserves the reviews it has received. It is a good, clean, comfortable stay. The price is more than I would expect in the city because it is in the middle of the South Island in a Dark Sky area, which adds costs."

Comfortable and cozy and affordable accommodations that I would recommend to any and all travelers. (An amazing visitor center is across the road)"
