I think it was all an engineering issue. Entering the hotel, the lobby was un-airconditioned which made checking in a sweaty , uncomfortable affair. Quest Mackay on Gordon
Lovely staff, clean land comfortable room with kitchenette, right next to an Coles, and good view. Quest comfort as always. Coles loading trucks woke me up at 730am. Maybe ask for a room on non coles side. No coffee pod machine disappointing. Scent of toiletries not superb.
