"Hotel had no idea who I was when I showed up. I got lucky that someone canceled their reservation and I was able to get a room. The room was questionable (broken window, cold shower) but I was just there to sleep, so I just put a chair in front of the door that wouldn’t lock and went to bed. (See picture) The hotel did not provide breakfast as stated on hotels.com, but the front desk clerk…after my pestering….hooked me up with some coffee and buttered rolls. "When I arrived to Machu Picchu they told me I could not ck in because they had problem with the water system. They had found me a different hotel to stay in which I accepted because I had no other option. This place did not meet my expectations. Do not reserve this place."
