絶対食べてほしい！のに無いの？

清掃も行き届いているし、スタッフの方々は親切ですし、すぐ隣に朝7時から深夜1時まで営業しているダイエーもあり、多様な飲食店も多く便利だと思います。 だからこそなのですが、全体的に唯一残念だったのが、朝食でした。 平日とは言え夏休みの８月に家族で宿泊。 子供がブュッフェが大好きで、ランチ以上、ディナー未満という朝食に惹かれて宿泊を決めました。 しかし、ホームページに記載されている「絶対食べてほしいベスト3」の中の2つが当たり前になかったです。 20時間かけて仕込み、目の前で焼くフレンチトースト(一番の目玉)も、目の前で焼くワッフルも、ブースはあるのになにも始まらない。しゃぶしゃぶはありました。 ホテルの方にお尋ねしたら、今日はないとのこと。ウリがないのに事前の断りもないのに唖然。文句が出る前にすぐに「確認してきます」と言って頂いたのは良かったですし、用意してきださるということで安堵しました。 が、数十分後、テーブルに人数分のフレンチトースト(シナモンもなし)が運ばれてきました。私は離席してたのですが、お替りの有無も聞かれなかったようです。 目の前で焼くのがウリなのでは？せめて何枚食べるのか聞いて欲しかったです。 とても美味しかったので残念で仕方ないです。 フレンチトーストとワッフル目当てだったので感覚的には一枚1800円のフレンチトースト。高い。 しかも近隣には多数の飲食店…目玉がないならチェックインの朝食の確認の時に教えて頂ければいくらでも選択肢はあったのに。 もしフレンチトーストやワッフル(多分、ライブキッチンに人手が足りなかったんじゃないかと思う)が食べたいなら事前の確認が必要かもしれません。

以前のホテルザエルシーの時にシングル利用、ベストウェスタンに変わってから初めて、ツインの部屋を利用しました。部屋も浴室も広くて明るく快適な滞在になりました。 朝食はサラダ他卵料理やメインが少し物足りなかったです、メニューにあった鶏手羽先は手を汚しそうだし、食べずらそうで取りませんでした。 コーヒーをテイクアウト出来る事は嬉しいですね。 コロナ騒動の渦中なので、何時もとは違ったも知れません。 フロント対応丁寧で良かったです。

It was a very comfortable hotel and the staff were all very amiable and receptive. The morning buffet was a wonderful addition . We really enjoyed our stay.

フロントのサービスが良い対応でした。建物は少し年月が経っているようですが、お部屋は綺麗に掃除してあり、良かったです。ただ禁煙のお部屋でもタバコの匂いが気になりました。朝食も色々種類が豊富で美味しかったです。雨の日、ホテルの真ん中の階なのに、どこからか雨の音がポトポトと夜中聞こえて気になりましたし、不思議でした。

今回はたまたま深夜にユニットバスから逆流する音が響き目が覚めました。翌朝も確認しましたが、痕跡は無く問題ありませんでした。チェックアウト時に報告したら、丁寧にお詫び頂きました。

The hotel is nice and convenient to shopping and train station. Even though there is a high-rise building under construction next door; my room was surprisingly quiet. It was such a nice escape from the hustle and bustle. I had to stay an extra day and was able to get an extension to my reservation with no problem. I-would stay here again and I recommend the best western rembrandt to all travelers who what a comfortable oasis of relaxation.

今回2度目の宿泊でしたが、今回も最初から最後まで気持ちよく過ごすことができました。 とにかくスタッフの皆様の接客技術が高いです。 外の駐車場案内の方達もとても優しい方ばかりで毎度お世話になっております。また今回は初めて朝食バイキングも利用させて頂きましたが、口コミ通り種類も多く美味しかったです。また次回も泊まりに来たいなと思えるホテル様です。

空室があったので、とのことで無料で最上階フロアにグレードアップされていました。窓からは町田の街並みが一望でき、和モダンの素敵な部屋で楽しい家族旅行の思い出が出来ました。 隣にはダイエー、コンビニも二軒すぐ近くにあって便利。駅からも徒歩五分程、町田の仲見世街などもすぐです。

楽しいお泊まり

お部屋も広く、朝食も大変満足致しました。5歳と4歳の子どもと4人で宿泊しましたけど、朝食にソフトクリームがあったり、子ども達は大喜びでした。

シャワーの「温」「冷」が表示と逆なのでは？ 左が温、右が冷と表示されていましたが、そのとおり捻ると温度が逆になりましたが？ エアコンが作動してませんでしたか？ 室内が蒸し暑かったので、エアコンを入れましたが効きませんでした。18度でも暑かった…。セントラル空調なのでしょうか？

コンビニに行きたいと思ったのですが、hotelのおとなりにDAIEIがあり便利でした。お部屋は広くて、のびのび過ごせました。子供用の可愛らしいアメニティもいただきました。

部屋が暑かったのでクーラーを作動させたかったが、部屋のスイッチで温度管理が出来ず、部屋も全く冷えなくストレスの溜まる夜を過ごした。

喫煙室でも、凄いタバコ臭すぎる部屋でした。 喫煙してない人でも普通に宿泊できるように消臭に力を入れられると、評価も上がるのでは？と思います
