"Quick overnight between flights that went perfectly. Contacted CS prior & confirmed we needed the shuttle on arrival & there was a rep with Crowne Plaza sign directing us to shuttle. 15 minutes later we were checked in & in our room. Entire staff were lovely & personable. Morning shuttle was on time & large shuttle bus had a trailer for luggage. Great stay. Recommend for the value."
