"My family and I loved strolling the property admiring all of the various trees and plants while enjoying the views of the sea and Mt Etna. The owner even makes his own marmalade with fruit grown on the property that was served to us for breakfast. Property is quiet and was the perfect distance for our meeting with our Mt Etna tour company. Also enjoyed going to nearby Riposte that was a short drive away. Only issue was not being able to connect to WiFi but hey, that's not why you visit Italy."

"Unbelievable property, service and rooms. We spent 3 nights at Hotel Timeo and despite being in beautiful Taormina we didnt want to leave the property! Huge perk is the access (beach or otherwise) to their sister property on the water - Belmond Saint Andrea - they treat you as if your one of theirs. Hands down the best Hotel in Taormina ( even better then FS )"

"Let me start by saying that the view from our room was stunning!!! the location of the hotel is excellent very close to the greek theater. We got a room in the ANEX. The bathroom in that room is very small and uncomfortable, literally one can barely fit inside the shower. Very disappointing when one is spending 600 euros a night. That bathroom belongs to a 2 or 3 star hotel! We mentioned this to the manager at check out. He was very receptive and nice and gave us a 10% discount and free parking...
