"I booked for 5 people. 4 seniors and 1 younger adult. We were given a very small unit with 1 room. We were cramped. The sofa was not even a sofa bed, we had to improvise adding the ottochair so the legs of kuya (80 yrs) won't be hanging. Mattress were spread ON THE FLOOR . Poor Ate (73 yrs) had the difficulty to get up from the floor. Btw, the mattress has to be folded because when spread completely, it will block the door.The caretaker was apologetic but maybe forgot to report to the owner...

"Standard stay is inconvenient. You need to ask for washcloth,hand yowels, iron and blower. Water to drink is not ready in your room."

"Way too many carbs and food was over salted. Dining staff was excellent. I ordered a king bed and got two twin beds for a couple. I had to prop pillows on the side to stop falling off the bed. The hair dryers smoked and smelled like burning wires. The TV didn't work and the checkin staff charged me 400 php for that 2 hour checkin despite all the problems of the room. I have visited this hotel 3X in the last 2 years for about 15 days. They did not care. Go to the Insular, Pearl Farm, or any where else that respects their repeat customers. I will not be back. "

"The breakfast buffet was great with a very large selection to choose from. The bath water was warm and comfortable. Airconditioning was working perfectly. Beds were clean. I took my dirty towels to the workers that cleaned the rooms for new ones. I did not have room service to clean the room. But they called everyday and offered. I can not say anything bad about my experience here. Every employee were top notch on kindness and service. Shuttle service were on target. I had to catch an early flight and shuttle was ready for me at 3am. I will return here every time I would go the the Philippines !!!!!!!!"

"I will highly recommend if you are looking for a place to unwind. Rest in the cottage overlooking the ocean, clean waters, tall beautiful trees and sounds of the fish splashing. The staff are very courteous. Rest assured your things are safe. Pineapples, watermelons and papayas are tge sweetest. Do not forget to try their beet salad and mini burger prepared by Sir Aldrin’s night shift chef. Definitely will come back. From New York"
