"The staff was very helpful and polite"

"Parking was fine. Breakfast was bare. Bagels and cereal was about all they had and it wasn’t great. Wish we would have gone to the hotel behind this one, we had friends there and they said the food was better. Also our door lock was broken and the elevator was scary sounding. "

"This place is beautiful and big and feels like you are actually somewhere else than Oklahoma, I’m from Oklahoma and just wanted a weekend getaway and chose this place to stay somewhere different and loved it. I wished I could stay longer and wish the beach was opened but that’s ok! The junior suite is spacious and the bed and pillows were comfortable. You don’t have to check out, it’s automatic. I do kinda wish they wouldn’t open the Waterparks to the public just to keep the crowd level down but I understand. "

"The stay was great until we tried to go eat breakfast and it didn’t open until 7am. So many people were down stairs trying to eat breakfast, but had to leave before they had the chance. Most places we have stayed breakfast opens at 6:30am. We had to leave hit a drive thru and eat on the way. Breakfast is a must when we stay at hotels because it’s convenient, no extra stops, and that expense is already included, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case here. "
