"Lousy check in. Need to fight for a simple shower which I booked as special requests. Hotel looks nice for the lobby. Rooms are ok but older. Towels are fringed out. Everything is around 15 to 20 years old heavy used but well maintained. As money is the religion in China, is it same in this hotel. Hotel is prepaid and they want to have additional deposit of double hotel price. I really don't like this behaviour. Will not go again. There are better and nicer hotels in Hangzhou."

My husband and I have travelled around a lot and this is one of our favourite hotel. The location is great and the metro station is only 7 mins walk. We hope to come back again and thank you so much. Bei meiner Ankunft, zugegeben kurz vor Mitternacht, hatte das Empfangspersonal ein Fax von hotels.com vorliegen mit einem vereinbarten Zimmerpreis, war mit diesem aber nicht zufrieden und wollte daher von mir eine Aufzahlung haben ! Ich blieb stur, wies nach dass ich selbst an hotels.com deutlich mehr bezahlt hatte als in dem Fax stand, und...
