"The place was better than we were expecting, with nice amenities and well located within the city. "You ask me what I liked about this hotel the answer is when I finally escaped from this hell hole. The staff are rude and unhelpful. Avoid at all costs."

"Location of the property is very good as it is close to subway and there are a good amount of good restaurants around. Unfortunately the good ends there. This hotel has adopted a person-less check-in and if something goes wrong with your check in then a bot will help. Difficult to get a real person answering your message. Room was quite dirty on check-in. Floor was dusty. Stains on bedsheets . There were things left behind by the previous guests. We even found a pair of earrings left. The decor of the room We asked that the room be cleaned a few days later but they said it was not possible as the hotel was full. You will need to go to a place to get stuff that you would need. Think toilet paper, towels etc. it just so happened that they ran out of supplies and wasn’t replaced until the next morning. Felt like the hotel was a youth hostel but the price didn’t fit that. This was my first time staying at a Numa hotel and it will likely be the last."

"No concierge or early bag check - just a door with a code. A pain if you arrive any earlier than 3pm. Room was mostly clean and comfortable, but had some boogers on the wall… eugh. No real extra amenities except a bed and a shower and toilet. Otherwise totally acceptable and in a great area and affordable; you get what you pay for. Would recommend it if you just need a spot near that part of town to crash at. They did give me 30m of extra check out time for free so that was nice"

"The rooms are well appointed with basic amenities, coffee, tea, cream and sugar. Shampoo and conditioner, multiple charging outlets where you need them, supplies available for restocking the kitchenette and linens. Check in and out easy and communication with staff before and during the stay was excellent through the app."

"Room is clean and location is perfect. Even though the WiFi network is hard to connect at the beginning, It took me few hours and finally connected, but once connected, WiFi is kind of stable. Only problem is that power plug is too less, even one power plug under TV doesn’t have power at all."
