"We chose this location due to its short walk to bayside and as a pre cruise stop. It was a perfect location. The room was fairly small but immaculate. The bed was electric and we would live one at home as it bc was great for sitting up. The shower was powerful and immaculate. I was a little worried from the pictures that the toilet would not be private but it was fine. The whole room worked really well. The breakfast was outstanding with plenty of choice. The lifts were fast and the rooftop pool great. There was a bar by the pool serving food and signs were around showing happy hour specials. If we are able to return to Miami this will be our chosen hotel. We have previously stayed at the intercontinental which only scored more for the breathtaking views and was double the price."

"Was there for one night. Was supposed to be offered a free upgrade when available, was instead offered an upgrade for a fee. The room we received was ADA which is fine but the bathroom flooded when you used the shower. We were by the elevator so we had a lot of outside noise from that. We were also double charged for our room and I was only offered a sorry. Someone with stretched finances may not be able to survive an additional $400 charge on top of a $200 hold. The fees for anything inside your room are ridiculous, cheaper to pay for DoorDash and tip. For a convenient location the experience did not live up to expectation. "

"We kindly requested a room with a better view since last time, it was bad and they gave us a room where the view was the ACs. Bathroom was too small that you have to close the door in order to use it. Staff was not friendly. Food is ok, breakfast options were limited. "
