Wonderful, friendly staff and fabulous location just a block and a bit from the train, metro and bus station. Plus everything in the city is a short walk or metro ride away!

A good budget option right across from the bus, tram and metro hub. After a late-night check-in we were offered and spent a night in a first-floor "annex" room off the lobby of an adjacent apartment/office building. The room was claustrophobic, had no view, a drop ceiling, and water damaged molding. After asking to move to the main hotel the next day we were quite pleased with the room in the main hotel which featured the ambiance one would expect from an intimate French hotel (floor-to-ceiling windows, carpeted stairs, and a decorated room). Advice: Do not stay in the "annex" rooms next door to the hotel.

The hotel is simple but excellent. Very friendly staff, the room was small but very clean and had all the basics (towels for all of us, shower gel/shampoo, soap, hair dryer, etc.). The beds were comfortable, and despite being near a busy street, the place was quiet and we slept very well. It was easy to walk to old Lyon, and the staff let us keep our luggage at the hotel free of charge after we checked out and before we were ready to leave the city.

Great location (very close to the train station and bus terminal), excellent staff, great breakfast. The room was spacious, clean and well-maintained. The room was a little warm when the weather was very hot but overall we had a fantastic stay here and would look to return.

Very convenient to the Perrache train station which is what we wanted. Didn’t feel like the safest area, especially the bus station that you need to walk through to get to the train station. Hotel was inexpensive, clean and the staff were great. Breakfast was good value for money.

I had a great experience at this hotel. I was given a room in the building just beside it and it was on the ground floor so I didn’t have to carry my suitcase up. The rooms were modern and cozy. The staff was also very friendly and spoke English and Spanish as well as French. The area around it has lots of bars and restaurants and is next to Perrache. The only downside is that some homeless people live there and one of them screamed at me out of the blue so beware of that.

This is a great budget hotel. The room we stayed in was old and dated but clean. If you have mobility issues or trouble with stairs be sure to book a room on the ground floor (there are only 4). The front desk staff are amazing... very friendly and helpful. The breakfast (which can be bought separately) is good (not a lot of variety but quality food). Location is great... Right at the bus and train stations Perrache.
