"The room was clean even though they have not used carpet but flooring that corporate offices use for easy cleaning - there were quite a few stains on the floor. There was an issue with key card access and did not receive the cards much later in the day, the staff were super helpful during this time. I didn’t have breakfast here but the club was a great area to chill and unwind. The air conditioning was not great, it is a dial with no numbers rather than digital so I didn’t know what temperature I was selecting and couldn’t get it right. The views from my room were amazing, there was filtered water machine on all floors and as it’s an eco friendly hotel you had to ask for any amenities you needed. The gym has no weight machines and is tiny."
