"Staff went above & beyond for us. Louisville was booked or very sketchy areas only available. We drove to the outside of town for safety & clean. Only concern was being approached by many construction workers staying at hotel too. Staff were very supportive & walked us to our room to ensure we felt comfortable. Very grateful for a safe, clean, & kind staff for one night stay. "

"Our stay was very nice even though construction was happening. It was noisy but I was not bothered by it. Maybe because we had two toddlers in the room. The only thing was a chemical smell on the second day but it did not come into our room. It dissipated pretty quickly or it would have been a deal breaker.
