"Out tv remote was missing from the room. Called front desk and they brought another but it only turned tv on. Couldn’t do anything else and had to turn off manually. The iron didn’t heat much and then leaked when I tried to use it. Ended up using another room’s."

"Older building that could use a refresh. Carpet in hallways and room was disgusting and loose. Major trip hazard. “Upgraded” to a jr suite and it was a waste of money. Saggy pull out couch and a few extra square feet weren’t worth the $100+ a night. Bathroom was tiny, water pressure was minimal. WiFi was slow, hard to work. Huge TV, but half the stations wouldn’t stay tuned in. Had to go to bar to watch games."

"The pool was extremely cold. If they are going to advertise a pool, at least have the water a room temperature. "

"Room was worn down. Carpet ripped . Marks in weird places. Garbage in the elevator. Greasy fingerprints."

"The property is clean, the rooms are as shown in the pictures, but parking is a little challenging. The main level parking lot is small, and the additional parking lot requires you to climb a hill that is a little steep. Not the fault of the property, just part of the terrain of Pittsburgh."

"I have high expectations however if was decent enough to sleep and the staff was very polite and that itself goes along way."
