"The rooms are lovely, if a little over looked. The food is of a very high standard as well. A few more sporting activities would have been great, but overall it is a wonderful hotel and we will return soon!"

"Food was varied and plenty at every meal. The staff is kind and goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need.the views and the balcony are spectacular. The only negatives: beaches are tiny and very rocky. Sea is crystal clear and refreshing but you have to walk down hills and mountains to reach the beaches and it can be challenging for small children or older people. Beaches are public and you have to pay 10 euros for a bed. In the hotel, Ac is perfect. However, you cannot put toilet paper in the toilet which was super inconvenient and unsanitary. The rooms are carved into the mountain which creates a romantic atmosphere but after a week up and down stairs and narrow passages, I do not mind leaving. Overall, it was a nice stay but would not come back."

"Breakfast was really good. Plenty of choices & really pleasant staff. Check in was a breeze & he provided lots of good information for touring around including how far away (time wise) places were As a Canadian travelling overseas best purchase was a multi plug power bar (EU style) & then able to plug a converter into that - outlets were higher up on the wall & less weight balancing on the plug in."

"All the plants and trees and flowers are really beautiful and well maintained. The lighting of the property is gorgeous. The views are picturesque. It's a small, quiet and peaceful hotel.Rooms and grounds are super clean. The design of the pool areas is very pretty. Breakfast is basic but filling. Ground staff although very pleasant and helpful was lingering around the hilltop suites area a lot, like really a lot-it was taking away the privacy a bit. We are in our 40s and we're glad we had our own pool and terrace to chill as the crowd was mostly young "instagram" couples- lacking warmth, a smile or good manners that usually come with experience ( or upbringing😉). Also, I don't know how but there were hardly any mosquitoes. There is a party hotel above Irida, which had parties every day from around 9 till 11pm. It echoed around the whole neighborhood!- we didn't mind-sounds of people being happy and enjoying themselves and the traditional live music was even beautiful on occasion!-but it's something to consider."
