"The wrong telephone number and incomplete address was shown on the hotels.com website. After chatting with an AI bot I found the correct number to call and was able to talk to the host. They explained that important messages/information sent to the customers often dont get received. The accomodation in itself was in a prime location. Fairly easy to park the car in the close area although this cost quite a lot of money. The toilet door wouldnt close properly and the drain in the kitchen sink ...

"The location was central, close to the Old Town and walking distance to the port. However, the bed was too soft and my mother has a bad back so we slept on the floor. The mattress was very thin and uncomfortable. The pillows were lumpy. I went hiking to Pulpit Rock and got back pain after two nights of poor sleep. There was easy street parking but you need to pay, the host didn't mention it so we got a ticket. The bathroom was tiny but the living room was spacious."

Ellers var det skittent flere plasser i leiligheten, lakenet i sengen hadde flere flekker, kjøleskap og kjøkkenskap var fullt i gammel mat, viften på kjøkkenet virket ikke, internettet virket bare tidsvis og det manglet lyspærer i flere av lampene. Dette var noe som satt demper på ferien og det endte med at vi reiste hjem tidligere enn planlagt."
