"I was disappointed with this stay. For the amount of money it cost, the caravan was not clean, was overcrowded and needs a lot of smarting up. You had to pay extra to have bedding which I think is unreasonable, particularly how much it cost per night anyway. Communication with the host was fine but not great. Unfortunately I won’t be recommending or returning to this property. "

"First off, the food was wonderful. We ate in the steak restaurant onsite the evening of our arrival and our meals were truly delicious. The included breakfast was also splendid. The reason I gave the hotel a “good” rating is because our room was not what I expected. It was clean and the amenities were good, but it was small - on the top floor with smallish windows. It seemed like it should be a room for singles, not two people. And while the bed was comfortable, the furniture honestly looked like what I’ve seen in budget motels in the U.S. I went back and looked at the online photos because I wondered why I would have booked a hotel with such … unimpressive furniture. Well, the photos looked much better than the reality. I had booked a sea view room, which we got. It was on the end of the hotel - the hotel runs perpendicular to the shore, so apparently there are only two rooms per floor that fully face the water. Had I known we’d be in a small, garret-type room, I would have opted for a bigger room with a side view of the sea. Also, the room was very cold and we could not get the thermostat to turn to heat. I should have called the desk about it. When I mentioned it in the morning, the kind clerk said that the thermostats are difficult to figure out. Had we called, they would have made sure we had heat, so that one’s on us. I would stay here again because of the staff, food, and cleanliness, but I’d be more careful in requesting a room."
