"Das Personal an der Rezeption war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal. Die Bushaltestelle vor der Tür und das Hotel ist nahe beim Zentrum von Luzern Es ist mein zweiter Aufenthalt im IBIS Luzern und ich werde das nächste mal wenn ich in Luzern bin wieder dort übernachten."

"Location was perfect, staff friendly and helpful, food in the restaurant downstairs was delicious. Things to note. The elevator is small so if you travel with a larger group you will have to take turns and streets are stone so keep in mind for larger rolling luggage. I had no issue with a carryon and backpack."
