Despite our arrival before the official check-in time, our beautifully appointed junior suite was already prepared, setting the tone for a luxurious and well-organized stay. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality stood out. The manager Sammy personally welcomed us and gave us a tour of the facilities, making us feel truly valued. One of our favorite spots was the sun deck, which had the ambiance of an upscale beach club—perfect for relaxing between excursions. The heated jacuzzi was also an absolute treat during the winter season. The staff were consistently attentive, professional and kind, ensuring that every aspect of our trip was comfortable and enjoyable. The food was delicious and varied, with the menu changing daily, though there were occasional mix-ups due to minor language barriers. However, the team’s warmth and dedication more than made up for it. A delightful surprise we looked forward to each day was the creative towel art left in our room—a charming and thoughtful touch after long days of exploration. We highly recommend this cruise, along with the optional excursion package, which added even more depth and convenience to our journey.
