"Our room was compact but nice and clean, we appreciated the big shower and the table and chairs in the bedroom. The view of the Nile is amazing and service by the pools was attentive. We tried the Asian restaurant for dinner and loved the Indian dishes. The breakfast buffet was varied and fresh."

"The drive to the hotel took us down a side street as opposed to a main road giving a very bad first impression but on arriving at the hotel we were pleasantly surprised. The reception was airy and authentically Egyptian. Nasser welcomed us and arranged for us to get together on the terrace the next morning so we could go to our room as it was quite late. "The only good thing about this hotel was the location, however once we checked in, we left asap because we found a cockroach in the curtains… a flying one too. We’re not picky travelers and we like to stay at economically friendly place but would not stay at a place with roaches or bed bugs. Pay a little extra to stay across the street at Pyramisa or somewhere else. I wouldn’t recommend this place as we couldn’t even complete our stay"
