The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful! Free transportation by bus to town center at the hotel’s doorstep is a true gift from Luxembourg to its visitors and residents. It’s a beautiful city and we enjoyed the food and ambiance of the city!

Perfect for a relax stay

It was a very good stay, the room was a bit small but the bathroom spacious. It has amenities such as coffee and herbal teas. The breakfast has several options but the coffee from the coffee machine could be better. In general we enjoy our stay! I recommend you to take the bus instead of tram if you don’t want to walk.

Really nice hotel for a short stay in Luxembourg. Outside of the city centre but with a bus stop right outside the hotel and frequent buses. There's a nic boulangerie nearby where you can have breakfast. Rooms are modern with large beds and smart tvs. Would book again if visiting Luxembourg. Good value for money.

Easy access to town centre, on two main bus lines, opposite a lovely Brasserie, Pizza Place and Chinese place. Very quiet area. Very nice service from front desk, always smiling and polite. The only drawback was that the air conditioning did not work very well, so overnight it became rather hot. Would go back there, for sure.

Our stay at the Mercure was excellent. Luxembourg was our final stop and the Mercure provided a perfect stay for us to rest up for the long flight home. I’d like to address the ease of the bus system in Luxembourg as the hotel staff explained it to us and we were able to move around the city with such ease. Thank you! We will certainly recommend and return if the opportunity arises.

Good value hotel in a quiet neighbourhood.

Clean and well-equipped room. Staff were friendly. Shower had good pressure. Location, although not in city centre, is very convenient with bus stops just outside the hotel. Bus 9 took us to and from city centre while bus 7 took us to and from the Central Train station. Nearby is an Italian restaurant (Lunik) if you crave for a good and hot plate of pasta. 5-10mins walk from the hotel.

It is a lovely clean hotel. The rooms are very clean and stylish with comfortable beds. The staff are wonderfully friendly. It is a good location, not central, but within an easy, free, direct bus ride to central Luxembourg City. The negatives are the bar prices, and that it doesn't do food. There was not much of an offering locally. They do breakfast, which i didn't try.
