"I really wish it had been a better experience. The photos shown are nothing like what we found, and this should be stated on the website, since there are two very different buildings. We had to walk up four flights of stairs because there’s no elevator. The room I booked looked like it hadn’t been maintained in decades. My husband tried adjusting the temperature and the control came off the wall and the humidity smell was strong.
