"Good place to stay inside Bintang Megamall. Walk in to the mall. Grand Deluxe room is cleen, cozy, and a lot of space. The online portal reservation system needs to be upgraded as it is only linked to unionpay which does not accept non-malaysian credit cards. Free parking in mall parking which is a little bit tricky and very long queue during busy time. Premium parking is available but for very premium cost. The rooms hall is sometimes smelly and moldy. But the room is cleen and no odors.
