"We arrived at the location to check in and the groundskeeper could not understand why we were there. We called the number listed and the owner didn’t k ow why we were there and said that he rpirperty wasn’t even listed on Expedia!!! BUT Expedia deducted the money from our account!!!! So we looked at a room that was open (which was the room we booked) and it was being used as the trash room!!! Stacked to the ceiling with debris and trash!!! "Everything was great. My wife and I travel a lot and stay in many hotels. The staff was the nicest and accommodating as any we've ever had. The hotel was clean and well maintained. Our only complaint is the design of the shower. Worst I've ever seen. You have to step over a high platform that the tub is on to get in it, which makes it dangerous to get out with the water on the tub and floor because there is only a half glass wall to keep the water in. We managed, but think the glass panel could be fixed easily. We will stay here again. "
