"The hotel was great in my first visit over a year ago But now the amenities and tools and staff operation is the worst in comparison with raffles hotel in the same building! Maintinance is too bad, in room dining takes long time to reach"

"Terrible experience I booked the room with a dishwasher but they gave me the wrong room. My room had washer and dryer but they said “we don’t have laundry detergent, we are out of it.” I was traveling with a baby and it was the most inconvenient stay. Will never come back. I ordered food from their cafe and it took more than 40 mins. My room was never ready when I checked in I waited two hours after arriving even though it was past 3pm."

"The hotel was fantastic - from meet & greet with Momodu who was one of the nicest people you could meet to all staff in between. Check in staff / front of house staff could not do enough for us during our stay. Sanny in the Coral Restaurant was simply amazing making sure we had everything we needed. The whole restaurant staff were superb, along with those working outside on the poolside area. The hotel itself is as you’d expect for a 5 star - exemplary- our room was well appointed & the gym one of the best hotel gyms I’ve used. We will definitely be back."

"The property is 100% 5 star. Everything was in perfect shape and clean. Our room was beautiful with a marina view. The most impressive part of our stay was the staff. Each and every staff member we had contact with were amazing. They were all polite, friendly, and going out of their way to make our trip as pleasurable as possible. We would definitely recommend their hotel for any future guests who may be wondering where would be the best place to stay in Doha. Beautiful sandy beach as well as outside pools. Incredible view of the water way as many boats enter and exit the marina. All around wonderful stay."

"Excellent staff, will help you with whatever you need. We stayed in crescent suite. The room is huge, very clean, amazing with really beautiful city and sea view. Although we had minor issue with the bathroom like the remote is not working. Still an excellent stay. One of the best breakfast we had in Doha. Food and coffee were delicious and satisfying"

"We had an Excellent Stay. From the Reception, to the room service, all staffs are nice and welcoming. We got a free room upgrade on the highest floor and the view from there were amazing. We enjoyed in the swimming pool and kids pool. The breakfast was nice too.."
