The facilities are outdated, the hotel feels run down, the room was old and when I arrived, I went to use the bathroom and there was no water in the sink or the shower, the mini fridge was not on, I had to go to reception to complain, and then they fixed the issue. "Our stay in Xeliter Green one was pleasant. There are a couple things that could use improvement. First, there was no clear indication on where to eat so we ordered out and it took over an hour to get the food. It would have been helpful to have a list of places to eat within walking distance so we knew there was no need to order out. "Small, older resort. Rooms rundown and in need of updating. But this was the worst part. Grounds amazing. Truly a tropical paradise Beach was top notch. Staff incredible. "Just returned from a week at Emotions. Booked the swim up room and it did not disappoint. The staff was excellent and helpful. Food options at buffet were very good. The coffee cafe was a real gem. The room was clean, beds were comfy. Would return. "

practically to ourselves and the beach cabanas and chairs were great too. The restaurant is ideal for dinner and there are other options up and down the beach as well. I would definitely stay here again. Golfers would especially like this place because it is right along the green around hiles 7 and 8, I believe."
