"We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Sea Pearl Luxury Rooms — the room was well designed, modern, spotless, great A/C, free street parking in front, and close to the Migliarina train station to go to cinque terre which was much quieter and easier to park than céntrale. We appreciated the daily housekeeping, stocked mini bar fridge with reasonable prices and coffee/tea. Also try Andree restaurant when you’re in La Spezia, can’t recommend it enough! "
"We booked the room a long time in advance to make use of the spa facilities. When we arrived we tried to get day access to the spa as specified in hotels.com. We were informed that this was wrong, price was per hour. On insisting, we were told they were fully booked for the day. On insisting further, we were finally offered 2 hours the next morning, but we had to leave and could not make use of the spa. As a note they are still selling day access to the spa on hotels.com. "The apartment was very hot and there was no AC. It was a ling walk from the historic center and the restaurants. The price was reasonable, but I’d choose something else if you are looking for comfort and ease of access to the downtown. "

"This was the perfect location to stay for a retreat and also for a day trip into Cinque Terre. We won’t get over being driven in a cart to and from the parking lot down a charming rock wall lined street. It’s the most magical entry to a hotel we’ve ever experienced.
Their customer service is exceptional, going above and beyond in every way. We were greeted with a welcome drink and given complimentary DELICIOUS snacks by the pool.
The view at breakfast was the best we experienced in all of Italy. Looking into the Ligurian sea was beautiful.
The spa was wonderful and available to us to use privately for an hour when it was not in use. What a treat! Sauna, steam room relaxation areas with a freshly prepared treat made by the chef waiting for us.
