"The one bedroom apartment in Stavanger was perfect for what we needed. Located next door to a supermarket, right next to the loveliest shopping district, enough room to have our luggage and not be tripping over everything, laundry facilities on each floor, kitchen was well set up. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean and well appointed. It would have been nice to have some salt and pepper provided, but didn't detract from our stay at all. highly recommend."

"The staff was excellent. The front desk gave us a lot of information. She even called her Dad to ask for some information she didn’t have. The waitresses for breakfast also gave us some good information about the area and the breakfast buffet was excellent. It had an abundance of selections. The hotel was clean, stately but not stuffy. The only slight negative was the restaurant wasn’t open for dinner due to renovations but there are several nearby restaurants. The room price was reasonable and the rooms were good. Overall, an excellent stay."

"This was a top notch hotel with incredible service, especially the front desk, as well as all the staff. The only issue I had was the dry cleaning service that Clarion contracts with. The dry cleaning service is way overpriced. Don’t use it unless you absolutely have to or can’t find another option. I didn’t ask how much it was or check the itemized prices on the sheets and that’s my mistake. That said, I was charged 2,292 Kroner that’s $234 US dollars for dry cleaning 1 pants, 6 t- shirts, 6 underwear, 14 pairs of socks, and 1 base layer pull over. I stayed at a comparable hotel, very nice, in Athens last summer, they changed a flat fee for a full bag about the same size as Clarion’s for only. 45 euro about $52 US dollars. Don’t use the dry cleaning service there, check other prices in the area for dry cleaning. Unbelievable!!!!!"
