"Decent stay. There is a strong odor to the hotel/rooms that is masked with air freshener. Elevator is a bit sketchy, and it’s only one. Would I stay again? Not my first choice but sure if there’s nothing else available "

"I had a family emergency on the day of my check in and they wouldn’t cancel my reservation. That was out of my control. They still wanted to charge me for one night , that I wasn’t present and told them what happened. Can’t pay for somewhere I didn’t lay my head at.I don’t know if I’ll stay again."

"This hotel is undergoing renovations. We checked in and immediately was informed that the elevator was not working and had to take a service elevator. Ran into a lady that informed us the service elevator had just broken down as well. We had to walk eight flights of stairs to get back to the lobby. All I can say is that the staff understood our concerns and helped us obtain a refund. "

"I was just about to leave my room when at 10:50 A.M. the front desk called to ask me if I was going to leave my room on time. Are you kidding? I have been staying in hotels for 20+ years and that has never happened before. No sense of customer service at all. And why have a 'gym' at all if you are going to close it a 9? "

"Clean and quiet place to stay in, perfect for out of town plant / refinery workers. Only reason I gave it a 4 / 5 stars was because the toilet had a small leak. "
